JLLs renowned Capital Markets business is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our Metropolitan Sales & Investments team in Canberra.
Key Responsibilities:
Youll support investment sales transactions from start to finish including researching market data preparing investment materials and presenting opportunities to potential investors. Youll build relationships with clients and market contacts while working closely with our research valuation and transaction teams to deliver strong results.
Your role will involve analysing properties creating financial models and providing market insights that help clients make informed investment decisions.
This is what were looking for:
A Commerce Finance or related degree that gives you confidence with financial analysis and modeling. Youll need numerical skills to evaluate investment opportunities build financial projections and interpret market data.
Experience or genuine passion for sales business development or property valuation. This could come from previous roles internships or simply a strong interest in commercial real estate. We want someone who enjoys connecting with people identifying opportunities and closing deals.
An excellent attitude is non-negotiable. Were looking for someone enthusiastic driven and adaptable - someone who thrives on challenges communicates clearly and approaches their work with professionalism and energy. You should be eager to learn collaborative with teammates and committed to growing your career in commercial real estate.
