Sales Enablement Specialist

The Role

At PaperCut Software our Partner Enablement & Activation team combines channel marketing and sales enablement to equip partners with the campaigns playbooks and training needed to drive channel revenue and SaaS growth. . As a Sales Enablement Specialist you will develop best-in-class enablement programs designed specifically for reseller sales and pre-sales personas. You will be instrumental in ensuring our channel partners feel confident well-informed and fully supported throughout the sales lifecycle by driving partner onboarding strategies delivering high-quality training and creating high-impact sales tools that drive revenue. 

What Youll Actually Do

• Build Enablement Strategies: Support the design and execution of global sales and product training strategies spanning online and in-person delivery tailored to regional market needs and new partner onboarding.

• Lead Course Creation & Updates: Develop storyboards eLearning certifications and instructor-led training courses; collaborate with external production/translation partners; and manage content within our LMS (Absorb).

• Enable Regional Teams: Use a train-the-trainer model to empower regional teams and Authorized Partners to deliver PaperCut training effectively.

• Produce Partner-Facing Sales Tools: Lead the strategy creation and uptake of essential sales assets including playbooks talk tracks positioning guides objection handling and portal enhancements while briefing design teams for creative assets.

• Distill Product Knowledge: Work closely with Product Product Marketing and Technical Services teams to translate complex technical details into accessible actionable sales insights.

• Drive Go-To-Market & Metrics: Collaborate with regional GTM and Product Marketing teams to deliver enablement programs for new product launches while tracking usage and success metrics to continually elevate quality.

What You Bring to the Table

• Sales Enablement Expertise: Proven experience designing and driving adoption of training content sales playbooks and onboarding frameworks specifically tailored to reseller or channel partner networks.

• Training Content Authoring  & LMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience writing sales training materials curating learning paths  and managing content inside a modern LMS (experience with Absorb is a plus).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to build relationships with technical teams regional GTM leaders external vendors and creative designers to keep projects aligned and moving.

• Technical InterpretationSkills: A knack for taking complex technical product features and turning them into simple value-driven sales narratives.

• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Experience setting up measurement frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness usage rates and business impact.

• Technical AI Execution (nice to have): Experience using developer-lite AI tools (spec-driven prompts API integrations low-code automation) to streamline internal processes and build self-service partner tools.
