This role will support 4 designated villages within the Rowville the Sales Associate you will be the backbone that keeps this top-performing sales team in order responsible for the administration and marketing aspects of the sales and reinstatements of our retirement living units. You will work with the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless process for both entering and exiting clients. This role will see you:Managing our dedicated database and communications including mailoutsSupporting with sales displays and ensuring our properties for sale have optimal presentationResponding in a professional and prompt manner to customer sales enquiries. No cold calling. Leads are all generated for youWorking with our specialised marketing and property teamsAssisting with contract management and administrationPreparing of marketing collateral brochures and sales kits Supporting at expos and eventsLiaising with incoming and outgoing residentsAdditional ad hoc administrative tasksOccasional travel to support our various villages located throughout Rowville will be You AreThe successful candidate will have a background in customer service or sales working in a customer facing or administrative will have a high level of organisation as well as:A strong administrative backgroundDemonstrated competency using Microsoft Office suite & solid computer skillsA current VIC Agents Representative qualification or willingness to obtain High attention to detailA current drivers licence and own transportExcellent verbal and written communication Immaculate personal presentationStrong work ethic and driveA caring nature and helpful attitudeReady to Join the FunIf youre excited about connecting with people and supporting their journey into retirement living wed love to hear from you.
