You wont be sitting behind a desk simply processing paperwork.

Youll be talking to customers supporting sales preparing quotes following up opportunities and helping turn enquiries into sales.

• Supporting the sales team
• Building relationships with customers
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Preparing and following up quotations
• Processing sales orders
• Identifying opportunities to support additional sales
• Coordinating with warehouse and production teams
• Maintaining customer records and CRM/ERP systems
• Following up customers and orders
• General administration and reporting

You dont necessarily need to be a traditional salesperson.

Were interested in people who are:

• Confident talking to customers
• Naturally personable and relationship-focused
• Commercially minded
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable following up opportunities
• Motivated to achieve results
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• CRM/ERP experience highly regarded
• Experienced in sales support customer service or administration
