What You Will Do

• Direct the creation and management of the Health & Safety and Sustainability plans for the Vista ANZS Manufacturing site.
• Direct policies and procedures pertaining to occupational health and safety standards.
• Coordinate the application of Vistas Health Safety and Sustainability Policies tomaintain a safe and inclusive environment.
• Provide expert advice on legislative compliance and risk management.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to deliver flawless recommendations.
• Lead environmental sustainability efforts and emergency response management.
• Guide team members on health safety and sustainability aspects of new equipmentand processes.
• Develop and conduct training for team members and contractors ensuring strictadherence to safety protocols.

Your Qualifications

• Official qualifications in Health and Safety.
• Significant background in Health Safety and Sustainability in a manufacturingenvironment.
• Proven capability to manage workplace injuries and rehabilitation efforts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent collaborator management skills.

Nice to Have

• RTW Coordinator certificate.
• First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certifications.
• Proficiency with EHS Management Software/Systems.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
