Employment Type: Full-time Maximum-term (until June 2028)

Salary: $90000-$105000 per annum (plus super)

VACCHO is the peak representative for the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Victoria.

We have 35 member Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations providing support to over 78000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the state. We lead and support Aboriginal Community Control and the broader health and social services sector to deliver transformative health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal communities in are a centre of expertise policy advice training innovation and leadership in Aboriginal health and wed love you to join us!

About the role

The RTO Compliance and Administration Officer will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance across the administration functions and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures that all policies procedures and operations meet our regulatory requirements and funding position works closely with the Management team and the RTO Director in managing

compliance supporting staff and improving operational efficiency.

Essential skills/experiences

To be successful in this role you will have at least 3 years experience working in an RTO with a solid understanding of the VET sector and ASQA standards. our knowledge and skills in the following areas will help you succeed:

• Results-driven and outcome-focused with a strong ability to identify problems and streamline processes in line with regulatory requirements and funding obligations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Promote continuous improvement across the student lifecycle by embedding culturally appropriate student-centred practices in all activities
• Strong audit and compliance capability with experience reviewing processes identifying gaps and supporting corrective actions to meet regulatory requirements deadlines and deliverables.
