Join our team at Sparkways Whittlesea ELC as an experienced Room Leader and help create a nurturing safe and engaging environment for children aged 02 years.
- Permanent full-time 5 days per week
- Room Leader 02 years
- Competitive hourly rate based on your qualifications and experience including current 10% retention grant loading
- Share opening and closing shifts service hours are 6.30 am to 6.30 pm
- Located at Whittlesea ELC with parking available

In this role youll lead our 02 year room creating a warm nurturing and engaging environment where babies and toddlers feel safe secure and supported to learn and grow.
Youll work closely with your team and families to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care while supporting and mentoring Educators in their practice.
You will bring:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- 3 years experience in Early Childhood Education
- Previous Room Leader experience
- Experience working with 02 year olds and a genuine passion for this age group
- Strong programming planning and documentation skills
- Confidence supporting guiding and mentoring other Educators
- A nurturing responsive and child-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
- Professionalism confidence energy and a great sense of teamwork
