About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Revenue Officer to join our Residential Aged Care Revenue Team. Reporting to the Revenue Team Leader youll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of assigned aged care homes. You will manage the end-to-end billing cycle funding reconciliation and accounts receivable processes ensuring compliance and delivering a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full resident billing cycle including fee setup adjustments and monthly billing generation
  • Perform Medicare funding reconciliations and ensure alignment with billing streams and government notifications
  • Oversee payments receipts and debt collection including direct debits and overdue account follow-up
  • Respond to billing and funding queries from internal teams residents and families
  • Ensure all activities meet compliance requirements policies and SLAs
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including Home Managers and external customers
  • Support administrative processes to ensure efficient team operations

About You

To be successful in this role our preferred candidate will have:

  • Experience in accounts receivable billing or revenue-related roles
  • Strong reconciliation and data processing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A customer service mindset with strong communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. XLOOKUP Pivot Tables)
  • Experience in aged care Medicare funding or systems such as Dynamics/Trax or Epicor (desirable)
  • Relevant accounting qualifications or current study will be highly regarded but not essential.
