Monthly Salary Range: MOVEUP07 MIN $4967.00- MAX $5953.00is available through annual general wage/step increases.
Recruitment Range: MIN $4967.00 STEP 3 $5515.
Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge skills experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the exceptional cases candidates may be hired above the recruitment range provided agreement is reached with the Union.

Play a critical role in BC Transits financial operations by ensuring revenue andaccountsreceivable activities are processed accurately efficiently and on time.Youwillmanage a high volume of invoicescashapplications reconciliations depositsassistininvestigating and resolvingcustomer accountdiscrepanciessupporting collection activities and revenue transactions whilemaintainingexceptional attention to detail.
You will be entrusted with safeguarding the accuracy of financial recordsinvestigatingand resolving discrepanciesmaintainingcustomer records and monitoring incoming payments across multiple revenue streams.This includes corporate billings local government billings fare revenue grant transactions and other revenue sources.
Youlldevelop strong relationships with both internal and external customers providing responsive service and ensuring questions concerns andcustomeraccount issues are addressed professionally and promptly.In thisrole you will supportcollection activitiesbycommunicating with customers helpingresolve outstandingaccount matters providingexcellent customer serviceand contributing tothetimelycollection ofreceivables.

Be a strategic accountant financial analyst or corporate finance advisor. This role is focused on the day-to-day administration of revenue and accounts receivable operations ensuring transactions are processed accurately customer accounts are maintained and financial records remain complete and reliable.
