About the Opportunity

As Retail Manager you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Goulburn store leading a dedicated team of employees and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll inspire your team drive sales performance maintain high merchandising and presentation standards and create a positive inclusive workplace culture. Every donation and every purchase contributes to vital community programs making this a rewarding opportunity to combine retail leadership with social impact.

This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity working across weekdays and Saturdays.

About You:

You are a confident and hands-on retail leader who leads from the front and thrives in a busy customer-focused environment. Youre comfortable balancing people leadership operational priorities and commercial performance and you take pride in developing engaged high-performing teams.

You bring proven experience in retail or customer service leadership including managing teams financial outcomes and service standards. You are adaptable solutions-focused and confident managing change with strong communication skills and solid capability across Microsoft Office and business systems.

The successful applicant must hold a current drivers licence and will be required to complete a National Police Check and hold or obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Card (WWVP). A First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain within three months is required.
