Restaurant Supervisor Tilda

As Restaurant Supervisor youll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Tilda supporting Managers and delivering exceptional service and guest experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to take the next step take greater ownership on the floor and help bring out the best in the team.

What youll do:

• Lead the floor during services setting the pace and standard for the front-of-house team
• Mentor and develop junior FOH staff building a team that takes pride in the details
• Own the guest experience- anticipating needs resolving issues gracefully and creating moments that bring people back
• Support wine and beverage service working closely with our sommelier team
• Partner with the Restaurant Manager on rostering stock and day-to-day operations
• Champion Tildas standards of service presentation and hospitality culture

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a fine dining or high-volume premium restaurant
• A genuine passion for hospitality and pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge (or hunger to build it)
• Calm confident leadership under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and service periods
