As the Restaurant Manager at GYG you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training while managing your restaurants P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality adhering to all procedures while embodying the GYG spirit including getting hands-on on the line when it counts delivering our food at the highest quality in the shortest possible time.

We appreciate diverse experience but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced high-energy setting ideally leading medium to large frontline team/s.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Experience with rostering inventory management and reviewing budgets
• Previous success in meeting KPIs
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
