Are youa dynamic leader with a passion for making a real difference in thelives of young people Anglicare Central Queensland are seeking avisionary Residential and Specialised Support Manager to leadgrow and shape our vital support programs across theregion.
In thispivotal leadership position youll oversee our Residential Careand Specialised Support programs ensuring young people receivehigh-quality trauma-informed care that promotes their physicalemotional and psychological wellbeing. This role can be based ineither Rockhampton Gladstone and Emerald.
Whatwill a typical day look like
- Lead and expand services across Central Queensland.
- Ensure excellence in service delivery HR finance contracts and accreditation.
- Foster strong partnerships with the Department and care providers.
- Promote a culture of learning safety and continuous improvement
- Prepare funding submissions and drive operational planning.
MandatoryRequirements:
- A bachelors degree in social or behavioural sciences social work or psychology (or related discipline).
- A minimum 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level.

- A strong communicator able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.

- Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
- Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
