Job Summary
Aplus Agency is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing NDIS provider delivering high-quality supported accommodation and disability services throughout Sydney.
The organisation currently operates more than 20 residential properties providing safe and supportive housing to clients with diverse and complex care needs.
Due to continued growth our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Care Officer to join its team in the St George area on a full-time ongoing basis.
The Residential Care Officer will provide care supervision and practical assistance to clients living in supported residential accommodation.
The successful candidate will help clients maintain their safety independence and quality of life while ensuring that support is delivered in accordance with individual care plans NDIS requirements and organisational policies.
The position may involve rostered shifts including evenings weekends public holidays and sleepover shifts.
The successful candidate must hold or be able to obtain:
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- A current Working with Children Check where required.
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- A valid Australian drivers licence.
- Any additional screening or mandatory training required for the position.
- A full-time ongoing position with an established and expanding NDIS provider.
- A salary of $80000 per annum plus superannuation.
