Position Summary:

• Manage and process individual group and FIT reservations ensuring accuracy of bookings room blocks market codes and billing arrangements.
• Provide exceptional client service by handling reservation enquiries special requests cancellations and accommodation needs through various communication channels.
• Maximise revenue opportunities by applying effective sales techniques promoting hotel services and matching guests with appropriate room options.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and accounting requirements.
• Resolve concerns and reservation issues promptly escalating complex matters when required to ensure a positive client experience.
• Support operational excellence by reviewing and implementing reservation procedures monitoring room availability and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Foster a professional and welcoming environment by building positive relationships with clients and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.
• Ensure the team is focused on building long-term value-based customer relationships that ensure travelers have everything they need

About You:

• Strong Excel Knowledge
• 2 Years Experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
• Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
