Research Coordinator
Job Summary
Role Type: 13-month parental leave cover contract
Hours: 30.4 hours per week or full time
Salary: $104346 p.a plus super (pro rata if part time)
The opportunity:
We are seeking a Research Coordinator to manage established research projects across drug food insect and respiratory allergy research programs and a national allergy biorepository. Working within a dynamic and highly collaborative research environment you will coordinate project delivery ethics and governance activities stakeholder engagement and research operations ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
This is a 13-month parental leave cover contract offered on a part time basis at 30.4 hours per week or full time.
What youll do
- Coordinate research projects across allergy research programs ensuring delivery within scope budget and timelines
- Prepare and coordinate ethics and governance submissions including HREC and RGO applications
- Facilitate meetings workshops and collaboration with clinical and research stakeholders
- Monitor project progress budgets and milestones providing updates to key stakeholders
- Develop high-quality study reports and project documentation and support grant applications
What youll bring
- Degree/Honours/Masters qualification in relevant field (e.g. Nursing Science Public Health)
- A minimum of 3-5 years appropriate level of professional experience
- Experience in coordinating submissions to HRECs and RGOs across Australia
- Familiarity with research data collection management infrastructure and systems e.g. REDCap
- Knowledge of ICH Guidelines GCP and NHMRC guidelines for the conduct of research
