Youll coordinate and support research and evaluation activities that advance Kiesers evidence-based approach tostrength training and rehabilitation working alongside clinical operational and academic partners to translate research into better client outcomes functional capacity and quality of life.

What Youll Do
- Coordinate the delivery of clinical research and evaluation projects across the Kieser network.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines documentation and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with clinicians researchers operational leaders and external partners.
- Coordinate participant recruitment consent and retention activities.
- Prepare and coordinate ethics submissions and research governance documentation.
- Ensure research is conducted in line with ethical privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and undertake quantitative and qualitative data collection and management.
- Undertake analyses and prepare research outcome and evaluation reports for to scientific publications conference presentations and grant applications.
- Support the translation of research findings into clinical practice and service improvement.

Must-haves
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Bachelors degree with Honours (or equivalent postgraduate research training) in Exercise Science Physiotherapy Public Health Health Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years experience coordinating clinical rehabilitation or health services research projects.
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including study design data collection and data management.
- Experience with ethics and research governance processes.
- Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conduct.
- Strong skills in literature searching evidence synthesis and scientific writing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office research databases and reference management software.
- Excellent organisational stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
Nice-to-haves:
- Ability to conduct statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS or R and experience managing research datasets.
- Experience supporting grant applications.
- Experience with REDCap or other electronic data capture systems.
