Youll coordinate and support research and evaluation activities that advance Kiesers evidence-based approach tostrength training and rehabilitation working alongside clinical operational and academic partners to translate research into better client outcomes functional capacity and quality of life.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate the delivery of clinical research and evaluation projects across the Kieser network.
• Develop and maintain project plans timelines documentation and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with clinicians researchers operational leaders and external partners.
• Coordinate participant recruitment consent and retention activities.
• Prepare and coordinate ethics submissions and research governance documentation.
• Ensure research is conducted in line with ethical privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and undertake quantitative and qualitative data collection and management.
• Undertake analyses and prepare research outcome and evaluation reports for to scientific publications conference presentations and grant applications.
• Support the translation of research findings into clinical practice and service improvement.

What Were Looking For

Must-haves

• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Bachelors degree with Honours (or equivalent postgraduate research training) in Exercise Science Physiotherapy Public Health Health Sciences or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years experience coordinating clinical rehabilitation or health services research projects.
• Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including study design data collection and data management.
• Experience with ethics and research governance processes.
• Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conduct.
• Strong skills in literature searching evidence synthesis and scientific writing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office research databases and reference management software.
• Excellent organisational stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• Ability to conduct statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS or R and experience managing research datasets.
• Experience supporting grant applications.
• Experience with REDCap or other electronic data capture systems.
