Reporting & Insights Manager

Its an opportunity to shape the future of data insights and governance across Insurance Operations providing leaders with the visibility and intelligence to make informed decisions. You will shape a forward-looking strategy and roadmap whilst also inspiring and developing a talented team fostering a culture where people and data thrive together.

What youll do

• Define and deliver a reporting insights and data governance roadmap that aligns with operational priorities and supports long-term performance outcomes.
• Lead the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions that enable self-service insights and improve decision making across the business.
• Collaborate with technology data and risk teams to improve data structures governance and access to trusted information.

• Drive key accountabilities to effectively deliver Enlighten productivity support for Operational Excellence and the broader C&PI business.

• Establish and support data governance risk maturity uplift.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide cost benefit and performance analysis that informs planning and investment decisions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful solutions.
• Lead and develop a team creating a supportive environment that builds capability accountability and continuous improvement.

What youll bring

• Demonstrated experience leading reporting or analytics functions with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Proven leadership experience including coaching and developing teams to achieve strong outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of data tools such as Tableau Cognos Redshift or SQL-based platforms applied to real business challenges.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders influencing decisions through data-driven insights and commercial thinking.
• Understanding of data governance risk and compliance with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
