Job Summary

About the role

Were looking for an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join our HR team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in compensation and benefits who enjoys working with data improving processes and partnering with stakeholders.

You will play a key role in delivering and maintaining our reward programs across Australia ensuring our pay and benefits are competitive compliant and aligned to business needs.

This role can be based in Melbourne or Perth with a flexible hybrid working model.

What youll be doing

  • Support and deliver annual salary and bonus review processes
  • Monitor and apply updates to wages awards and employment conditions
  • Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and internal standards
  • Partner with HR Finance and Payroll to deliver fair and consistent outcomes
  • Maintain salary structures and support market benchmarking activities
  • Provide advice on remuneration for new hires and internal movements
  • Analyse pay data to identify trends gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to gender equity compensation and benefits reporting and compliance requirements
  • Maintain reward policies processes and documentation

Qualifications :

What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent 
  • 35 years experience working in a dedicated remuneration rewards or compensation role
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and pay practices
  • Experience supporting salary reviews bonus cycles or job evaluations
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with HR systems
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI) and HR analytics (desirable)
  • Experience using market salary data to inform decisions (Willis Towers Watson  highly desired)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
