Are you a datadriven Reliability Engineer with proven underground mining experience Join us at Grosvenor Mine Anglo Americans highperformance underground hard coking coal operation in Moranbah QLD.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the most technologically progressive underground sites in the country and we are seeking someone who brings handson underground exposure and a passion for driving reliability excellence.

As our Reliability Engineer youll ensure our maintenance systems perform to worldclass standards. You will drive reliability across critical underground equipment to sustain asset performance reduce downtime and support costeffective operations.

Working closely with the Engineering & Maintenance Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Leading reliability improvement initiatives across the engineering & maintenance teams.
• Analysing asset performance and delivering longterm improvement strategies.
• Reviewing and refining maintenance strategies with recommendations tailored to underground operations.
• Coaching and supporting maintenance personnel to embed bestpractice processes.
• Improving equipment availability through Asset Management Condition Monitoring Defect Elimination Root Cause Analysis and Machine Health Programs.
• Actively contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and optimisation projects.

Qualifications :

To be successful you will have the following:

• Tertiary degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Demonstrated reliability or mechanical engineering experience within the Underground mining industry with a focus on Mobile fleet equipment & preventative maintenance

• Full-time permanent position based at Grosvenor Mine Moranbah QLD
• Monday to Friday staff roster (9-day fortnight available)
