As a Relationships & Partnerships Manager you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of My Guardian across Sydney and the wider New South Wales market. This is a highly relationship-focused role where you will be responsible for building strong referral networks managing strategic partnerships and increasing brand awareness within the Aged Care and NDIS sectors.

About the Role

Relationships & Partnerships Manager

  • Manage mentor and support a team of local (NSW) and interstate Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve regional and national growth targets.
  • Implement and monitor team KPIs pipeline activities and conversion metrics through regular 1:1s and team meetings.
  • Cultivate a cohesive collaborative team culture across geographic boundaries ensuring interstate remote reports are aligned with head office strategies.
  • Coach the BDM team on best-practice relationship building account management and effective intake conversion within the sector.

Partnership Development & Strategic Growth

  • Maintain and grow a personal caseload of key strategic partnerships corporate health relationships and high-value referral accounts.
  • Actively promote My Guardians services brand and values through high-level networking industry events and stakeholder and pursue new national and regional referral networks corporate partnerships and community channels.
  • Collaborate with the executive and marketing teams to develop innovative referral initiatives and localised growth strategies for the BDM team.
  • Oversee the conversion of major referral pipelines ensuring a seamless high-quality onboarding experience for complex or high-profile accounts.
  • Work closely with NSW and interstate operational leaders to ensure the smooth transition of clients from the BDM pipeline to local care delivery teams.
  • Monitor early-stage client and partner satisfaction proactively addressing feedback to preserve My Guardians reputation for excellence.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in managing direct reports with specific experience managing remote or interstate teams highly regarded.
  • Strong background in relationship management business development or partnerships within the Aged Care or Disability (NDIS) sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Support at Home Packages (SaH) NDIS frameworks funding pathways and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire a team and build trust with external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a personal workload while simultaneously driving team performance to meet organizational targets.
  • Strong experience utilizing CRM software or care management systems to track pipelines and team activity.
  • Current drivers licence and willingness to travel occasionally to support interstate direct reports and partners.
