About this Role

As the Relationship Manager you will engage with existing and potential major donors tobuild strong and effective relationships. You will provide opportunities andencouragement for major donors to grow their connection with both PositiveMediaand the Positive Light Foundation.

Key responsibilities include:

Establishing strong trust-based relationships with existing potential and new key donors

Identifying researching and qualifying new high-value prospective major donors through networking data insights and referrals

Driving income growth through donor recruitment and networking fundraising during and outside of campaigns and managing major donor emails and direct mail pieces

Strategic planning including contributing to fundraising strategies and using data insights to inform decision making

Contributing to the planning hosting and execution of major donor attended events

This is a full-time position however we will consider part-time (minimum 0.6 FTE) forthe right candidate.

About You

To thrive in this role you will have:

• A passion for PositiveMedias mission and values
• Considerable experience in relationship development
• Experience in development/execution of fundraising programs desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to influence others
• A strong results orientation
