About the Role
As WA Team Leader Exercise Physiology youll lead a team of Exercise Physiologists working predominantly within the Workers Compensation space delivering high-quality patient-focused care while driving clinical excellence and operational performance across our WA clinics. This does mean regular travel is required across the Perth Metro area to each of our clinics. Youll report to the WA Operations Manager Health & Exercise Services and youll keep a foot in clinical practice while taking on real leadership scope (approximately a minimum of 20% caseload).
Youll be responsible for:
- Setting the clinical standard ensuring evidence-based practice and consistently positive return-to-work outcomes across the team.
- Driving performance keeping the teams KPIs and daily operations on track and identifying where coaching or process improvements are needed.
- Growing your people recruitment development and regular 1-1 communication and team meetings.
- Building the business supporting the growth of EP services across WA exploring new opportunities with the customer team and representing RediMed at industry events.
About You
- A degree in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent) with full ESSA membership and accreditation.
- At least 5 years clinical experience in exercise physiology.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team with a track record of supporting professional development.
- Experience contributing to the growth of EP services or a similar allied health offering.
- Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills youre comfortable being the face of the service internally and externally.
- A current drivers licence full working rights in Australia and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities whether in formal supervision or by naturally stepping up in a team.

- Strong communication skills collaborative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient computer and technology skills.
