YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Rehabilitation Consultant this opportunity will see you identify and address the critical physical psychological social environmental and organisational risk factors which may have an impact on a workers ability to successfully return to work. You will provide strategies to address these factors in practise.

• Complete return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme.
• Provide holistic support to help restore an individuals highest level of functional performance through relevant assessments such as Initial Needs Assessment Workplace Assessments and Vocational Assessments.
• Deliver Vocational Counselling and facilitate interventions well-being programs training and upskilling.
• Collaborate and liaise with individuals employers medical and other allied health professionals.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN

• ASORC membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor supported by a relevant qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
• Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
• Full working rights in Australia
