Regulatory Service Officer About us SafeWork NSW is the statesworkplace health and safety regulator. Our mission is to reduce work-relatedfatalities injuries and illnesses by ensuring workplaces comply with healthand safety laws. We achieve this through a mix of responsive and proactiveprograms targeting high-risk areas across all industries aligned with ourstrategic plan and regulatory priorities. About the team The Investigations and Enforcement Directorate is responsible for providing frontlineadvisory triage and response functions including leading and or contributing to firstresponse activities for critical Work Health and Safety (WHS) incidents. The Directorate also leads the investigationof WHS matters management of the High-Risk Workplace and Repeat Offender Programand manages and coordinates SafeWorks Enforceable Undertakings function. Broadlythe Directorate also leads and or contributes to building and maintaining criticalpartnerships and relationships with other regulators communicates WHS regulatoryoutcomes and lessons learnt to industry and the community. About the role TheRegulatory Service Officer position is responsible for providingsupport to the Investigations and Enforcement Directorate and work across a broad range of interesting and diverse tasks. About You This opportunity would suit a motivated individual who has the ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced regulatory environment. Withexperience in providing a variety of administrative support services managingcompeting priorities and being capable of working independently without direction.
