Our client is a NSW Government organisation who are seeking an experienced Registry/Administrative Officer to join their team in Sydney NSW.

Role summary:
This role provides high-quality administrative registry and client service support within a tribunal environment. The successful candidate will assist with hearing preparation client enquiries correspondence case management systems and the accurate maintenance of Tribunal records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face telephone and written client support record actions taken and follow up enquiries where required.
  • Prepare matters for hearings including organising documentation notifying parties arranging interpreters reporting services venues travel and support for clients with special needs.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support including preparing correspondence maintaining case management systems creating and retrieving files document distribution and ensuring records are accurately stored and archived.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality client service and administrative support preferably within a government legal tribunal or similar environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage documentation correspondence competing priorities and hearing-related arrangements accurately.
  • Experience using case management systems and maintaining confidential records with the ability to follow legislation policies procedures and established service standards.
