As a Registered Nurse in our Urgent Care Centre you will:

• Deliver high-quality person-centred emergency and urgent care nursing
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and triage
• Respond confidently to acute and emergency presentations
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Mentor and support junior staff and students
• Contribute to a positive respectful and professional workplace culture

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad and varied scope of practice while making a genuine difference within a rural health service.

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years experience in Emergency Department and/or Urgent Care nursing
• Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement
• Current or working towards ALS accreditation / RUCNP / FLEC

• Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing (or working towards)
• Rural nursing experience
• Passion for mentoring and team development
