Job Summary

Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to radiology. Owned by a team of well-respected radiologists we operate across Melbourne Gippsland and Wagga Wagga.

Imaging Associates Richmond offers a comprehensive range of services across MRI CT X-ray mammography and ultrasound providing expert diagnostic imaging and image-guided procedures tailored to musculoskeletal breast and general health needs.

Our state-of-the-art Richmond clinic is located right next to Epworth Hospital in the heart of Melbournes inner east offering convenient access and advanced imaging in a modern patient-focused environment.

Our Richmond team is led by Clinical Director Dr Hayley Wong. Hayley is committed to providing professional friendly and compassionate patient care overseeing all imaging at the clinic while applying her expertise in musculoskeletal and breast imaging. Hayley also performs a range of sports joint and spinal injections to help patients return to sport and their everyday activities.

As part of this expansion were seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to be part of our recently opened Richmond clinic.

Our radiologists and staff are friendly highly skilled and dedicated to providing a safe and stress-free environment for our patients along with great service to both patients and clinicians alike.

This is a Part-Time (3 days-0.6FTE) Opportunity!

What will you be doing

An excellent opportunity presents for a registered nurse with medical imaging experience and the passion to provide excellence in patient care to join our experienced friendly and supportive team.

The role entails working collaboratively with our radiologists technical and administrative staff to provide a variety of medical imaging procedures across various modalities including general x-ray ultrasound CT and MRI.

The position involves rotation between different IA clinics offering varied clinical exposure and experience across a diverse caseload.

What are we looking for

To be successful you will need to have:

  • Full AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse & valid WWCC.
  • Previous experience in radiology.
  • Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
