Job Summary
The exciting opportunity
- Part-time role with a variety of shifts available
- Deliver high quality clinical care to residents of ourhome in Spearwood WA.
- Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
- Formulate and update person centred care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
- Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that accurately reflect the care delivered
- Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

About you
- Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
- Experience in residential aged care and a passion for providing the elderly with person centred care
- Motivated personable reliable transparent and with a sense of ownership
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
