Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team on a casual basis supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care to clients living independently in the community.
In this role you will play a key role in providing clinical support to Homecare Support at Home package clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of clinical work and stakeholder engagement. Your day would look like this:
- Deliver high-quality person-centred nursing care to clients in their homes
- Conduct assessments and make recommendations for supports review care plans to meet changing client needs
- Provide clinical guidance and respond to changes in client health status
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients carers GPs and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards WHS and organisational policies
About You
You are a dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse who is passionate about supporting older people to live independently and bring the following skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- A genuine commitment to quality care and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience (aged care community or hospital setting)
- Experience in wound care catheter care assessments and care planning
- Solid understanding of aged care standards WHS and risk management
- Current First Aid Certificate and National Police Check
- Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
