WHAT ARE WE OFFERING

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Adelaide Hills based Community Nursing team in Mount this rewarding role you will deliver high-quality person-centred nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings supporting their independence wellbeing and recovery. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment enjoy varied and meaningful work and contribute to exceptional care across the Adelaide Hills community.

CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

  • Temporary until November 2026 with potential for extension Part-time opportunity (22.8 hours per week worked over a 7-day roster)
  • Temporary from 1 December to 31 December 2026 with potential for extension Part-time opportunity (15.2 hours per week worked over a 7 day roster)
  • Temporary until 28 December 2026 with potential for extension Part-time opportunity (15.2 hours per week worked over a 5 day roster)

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

You will.

  • Assess plan implement and coordinate person-centred nursing care ensuring individual patient/client needs are met through multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Deliver direct clinical care and case management in a defined setting with increasing autonomy and responsibility for complex patient care across shifts
  • Contribute to quality improvement patient safety and risk management activities to support safe effective health service delivery
  • Provide education health promotion and clinical supervision to patients carers students and junior staff to support learning and improved outcomes
  • Demonstrate clinical leadership through coordination of care team support participation in service improvement initiatives and guidance of less experienced staff
