About the role
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
Calvary Cessnock Retirement Community is located in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan organise and implement care in accordance to individual care plans
- Deliver and promote a high standard of care
- Provide clinical leadership support and guidance to our Care staff
About you
- Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
