The role

Lead Inspire and Grow the Victoria Region

This is an exciting opportunity to lead inspire and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations driving business growth and delivering key strategic initiatives across the Victoria region. Youll be responsible for growing sales referrals and revenue across all business lines while ensuring strong member outcomes quality standards and operational effectiveness.

As a visible leader youll coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional service foster a culture of member ownership and support the growth of new business in line with regional objectives. Youll also build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders community groups and local networks helping to attract new members deepen existing relationships and further strengthen the Beyond Bank brand within the communities we serve.

In this role you will

• Role model and lead the Beyond Bank Australia values and leadership behaviours
• Drive collaboration and one team thinking across broader business
• Undertake regular performance discussions with direct reports including adherence to the Beyond Bank Australia performance conversation process
• Develop strategy and translates into business plans with key goals and performance indicators.
• Drive results through others by empowering and effective delegation.
• Drive achievement of sales targets at individual and group level through regular monitoring and coaching conversations
• Develop implement and lead the sales and distribution model within the cluster region.
• Ensure member expectations and satisfaction levels are achieved through the regional network
• Identify and develop opportunities to engage with community groups and non-members in an effort to convert them to new members.
• Support the delivery of the Beyond Bank Australia strategy

Qualifications :

About you you will:

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Finance Banking Business or a related field.
• Have proven experience (5 years) in sales business development and/or people leadership roles.
• Have a strong track record in business development relationship management and delivering commercial results.
• Have demonstrated capability in leading teams driving sales performance strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Have excellent influencing coaching and motivational skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.

What does our recruitment process look like
