Whats the role

Youll lead a team of Commercial and Agribusiness Bankers who are passionate about helping customers thrive across regional South West Victoria. Youll set direction coach and support your people and create an environment where great customer experiences come naturally.
Alongside people leadership youll play an active role in supporting growth across the region. That means being visible in the community attending local and industry events supporting prospecting activity and building strong relationships with customers and referral partners. Youll balance strategic thinking with hands on leadership staying close to customers while supporting your team to build meaningful long term relationships.
This is a full time role servicing South West Victoria including Ballarat Warrnambool Horsham and Colac. Youll have the flexibility to shape your day manage competing priorities and make decisions that matter while keeping risk and compliance front of mind so the team can grow with confidence.
What do I need

Proven ability to lead coach and empower a team to achieve strong outcomes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bring people together around shared goals.
Confidence making decisions and navigating challenges in a fast paced environment.
A customer first mindset with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences.
A sound understanding of risk and compliance and the ability to keep things on track.
