Job Summary

What Youll Do

Strategy & Commercial Performance

  • Develop and execute a Pacific-wide B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth increase market share and improve commercial performance across Rooms and Meetings & Events.
  • Monitor account performance segment production and market trends translating insights into strategic recommendations and action.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to support long-term commercial growth.

Portfolio & Account Management

  • Drive performance across Corporate Luxury Leisure Entertainment MICE Government and Travel Agency segments.
  • Leverage an established client network to maximise account penetration and unlock cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Create and execute go-to-market and ramp-up plans for new hotel openings and market penetration initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary commercial liaison between Ennismore and Accor NSO teams ensuring alignment on account ownership market coverage and regional priorities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and commercial alignment across Directors of Sales and hotel commercial teams throughout the Pacific.
  • Share best practices coach hotel sales leaders and ensure consistent execution of regional strategies and initiatives.
  • Represent Ennismore at trade shows sales missions industry events and client engagements to strengthen brand presence and commercial partnerships.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a regional multi-property sales leadership role within lifestyle luxury or premium hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across Corporate MICE Luxury Leisure and strategic accounts in a multi-hotel environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Pacific hospitality landscape including key corporate accounts TMCs agencies and industry partners.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that deliver measurable revenue and market share results.
  • A natural relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills across hotel teams owner groups and key clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data literacy able to interpret performance metrics and translate them into clear actionable strategies.
  • A collaborative influential leader who can drive alignment across multiple brands and properties without direct operational authority.
  • Agile creative and ownership-driven comfortable operating in a growing entrepreneurial business where initiative is rewarded.
  • Genuine passion for lifestyle hospitality and a commitment to building commercial opportunities that deliver long-term value.
