Step up and lead the crew at our Batemans Bay Depot!

Ready to take the next step and lead from the front If you enjoy being hands-on supporting a team and keeping things running smoothly this could be the role for you.

As our Depot Team Leader youll be right in the action running day-to-day operations while guiding your team to deliver a great customer experience. Youll lead by example helping customers with the Return and Earn machines jumping in to support the team on busy days and making sure the site stays clean safe and running like clockwork.

Youll be the go-to person on shift keeping the team motivated organised and on track. Whether its coaching team members solving problems on the spot or making sure everyone is set up for success youll play a key role in creating a positive high-energy work environment.

Were looking for someone who can work independently take ownership and be that friendly reliable face both customers and team members can count on. If you enjoy leading people staying active and being part of something that supports your local community and the environment youll fit right in.

• Full- time role working across 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week.
• Federal police check pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screen) and reference checks are part of the background process for employment.

Qualifications :

About you: 

• Previous experience in a people leadership role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft apps and general IT skills
• Customer service experience
• Cleaning or maintenance experience
• High level of communication (verbal and written)
