Recruitment Support Officer
Job Summary
We are actively recruiting for a high-impact government recruitment project and are looking for motivated administrators to join the team.
This is a full-time contract role starting 13 July 2026 running through to approximately 11 September supporting a large-scale high-volume hiring initiative in partnership with a large Government organisation.
- Pay:$45-$50 per hour Super Duration:2-month contract Start date July 13th 2026
- Hours:MondayFriday Approximately 38 hrs per week. Australian Citizenship required.
This role sits within a fast-paced high-volume recruitment project where you will play a critical part in supporting candidate shortlisting assessment and administrative delivery. Youll be working as part of a collaborative team to ensure the smooth progression of candidates through the recruitment process.
- Supporting high-volume candidate shortlisting and assessment
- Reviewing applications against specific criteria with a critical and analytical mindset
- Managing and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
- Performing a range of project-based administrative tasks
- Collaborating with team members to meet tight deadlines and project milestones
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working across multiple systems and platforms (e.g. Word Excel CRM databases)
- Demonstrated ability to assess information critically and make sound judgments
- Comfortable working in high-volume fast-paced environments
- A strong team playerwho is proactive adaptable and able to take direction quickly
- Previous recruitment or similar experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Exposure to high-volume or government recruitment environments(highly regarded but not essential)
- Prefferably located in Sydney -with some flexibility for hybrid/remote arrangements
- Australian Citizenship is essential
- Must be available for the entire project duration (13 July 11 September)
