Synergie Australia is looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Darwin branch.

About the Role

Youll play a key role in finding engaging and onboarding candidates across a variety of industries throughout the Northern Territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for current vacancies
  • Proactively building our NT candidate talent pool
  • Advertising roles and managing candidate applications
  • Conducting candidate phone screens and coordinating interviews
  • Preparing candidate profiles for client submissions
  • Coordinating medicals inductions and onboarding
  • Managing licences tickets references and compliance documentation
  • Supporting candidate mobilisation and onboarding
  • Maintaining recruitment systems trackers and candidate records
  • Providing general support to the Darwin recruitment team
About You

Were looking for someone who is confident organised and enjoys dealing with people.

Youll ideally have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone and face-to-face
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential. Experience in administration customer service sales HR or another people-focused role would also be highly regarded.

Where Can This Role Take You

Youll initially focus on candidate sourcing recruitment support and onboarding while learning the recruitment industry from the ground up.

As your experience and confidence develop there is a clear pathway to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role with greater involvement in client relationships managing vacancies and business development.
