Were looking for a Recruitment Leader who doesnt just manage recruitment they own it.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on the challenge of filling hard-to-fill roles building innovative sourcing strategies and delivering outstanding results in a competitive talent market.
Youll partner directly with General Managers and operational leaders providing trusted advice while driving a high-performing recruitment function that delivers quality hires fast.

- Demonstrated experience recruiting within the mining heavy equipment maintenance or industrial sectors with the credibility to build trusted relationships and influence General Managers and operational leaders.
- A strong customer focus with a passion for service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Confidence influencing and partnering with senior leaders including General Managers.
- Energy resilience and a drive to continually improve recruitment outcomes.
