Synergie Australia is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support our team across blue- and white-collar recruitment based in Mount Waverley.

Recruitment experience is not essentialcandidates from administration customer service call centre backgrounds and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

The important parts:

Pay: $40$45 per hour Super
Duration: 36 month contract (potential to go permanent)
Start: ASAP
Hours: MondayFriday standard business hours
Location: Mount Waverley 1 day WFH

What you will be required to do:

Youll play a key role supporting our recruitment team across a mix of blue- and white-collar roles ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

• Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment administration
• Telephone screening and coordinating candidates
• Sourcing suitable candidates for open roles
• Managing candidate registrations (face-to-face and virtual)
• Conducting reference checks
• Candidate care follow-up calls and managing enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with onboarding and compliance

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous recruitment experience (blue or white collar essential)
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
• Excellent organisation and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proactive team-focused attitude
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
