We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Officer to join our Revenue Assurance team playing a key role in managing aged care subsidy accruals reconciliations and funding role is critical to ensuring compliance with government funding requirements while identifying opportunities to maximise subsidy revenue across our care ResponsibilitiesProcess and reconcile subsidy accruals (incl. AN-ACC)Reconcile accruals to government payment statements and cash receivedInvestigate report and resolve funding variancesDeliver clear variance reporting and insights to stakeholdersSupport month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintain accurate resident data and subsidy setupPartner with internal teams and Services AustraliaContribute to process improvement initiativesAbout You:Minimum 3 years experience in reconciliation or finance roles is essentialExperience in high-volume complex reconciliationsStrong attention to detail and analytical capabilityIntermediate Excel skills and experience with financial systemsProven ability to investigate discrepancies and deliver insightsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAged care funding knowledge (AN-ACC) or regulated industry experience highly regardedDiploma in Accounting (essential); degree qualification desirableWhat can we offer youProfessional Growth -Join a supportive and collaborative team where your career development is a priority.
