What you will be doing in this role

Were seeking a professional caring and organised Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients doctors and this front-line role youll provide high-quality reception and administrative support managing appointments phone calls and enquiries with warmth efficiency and attention to detail.

Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service while maintaining confidentiality delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a safe respectful and supportive team environment. Were looking for someone who is adaptable proactive and enjoys working in a busy healthcare setting with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

This is a casual position suited to someone seeking a long-term commitment of one regular shift per week with additional shifts available to provide leave cover.

Who were looking for

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with others takes pride in delivering accurate high-quality work and thrives in a fast-paced patient-centred environment. Experience in a healthcare setting is highly valued as it demonstrates familiarity with medical terminology and the dynamics of a clinical space however this is not essential.

Youll have:

• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence communicating effectively with team members patients and their families via email telephone and face-to-face.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Full Australian working rights and availability to pick up shifts on weekdays.
