Receptionist Northside Orthodontics

Your responsibilities would include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing appointments and maintaining an accurate appointment book
• Responding to patient enquiries in person over the phone and via other communication channels
• Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Working closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
• Supporting the wider practice with general reception and administrative tasks

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who is:

• Friendly approachable and confident communicating with patients
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
• Professional reliable and attentive to detail
• Confident working in a busy environment
• Genuinely interested in providing great patient care

Previous dental or medical reception experience is preferred but not essential. Experience with dental software will also be highly regarded but full training and support will be provided to the right person.
