Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service

• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration tasks

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in reception administration or customer service

• Dental reception experience using EXACT is highly regarded but not essential
