Receptionist Maven Dental Cairns City

As our Dental Receptionist youll be the welcoming face of our practice creating a positive patient experience while working closely with our clinical and administration teams to keep our practice running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm professional demeanor
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
• Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
• Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
• There will be an aspect of dental assisting on an ad hoc basis as needed. 

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years dental assisting or reception experience or hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting
• Bring a friendly and approachable personality with a genuine desire to help others
• Have strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Be confident using computer systems and administrative software (experience with D4W is an advantage)
• Be reliable adaptable and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment
• Be eager to learn grow and take on new challenges
