In this role you will be the welcoming face of our clinic responsible for:

Receptionist:

• Managing front desk operations
• Booking and coordinating appointments
• Handling phone and email enquiries
• Supporting patient care and education
• Collaborating with the clinical and management team
• Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks
• Handling Clinic invoices and reporting to the Director

Youll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast-paced professional environment.

• Passionate abouthealthcare and cosmetic dentistry

Experience in dental reception or assisting is ideal butnot essential full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.

Prior dental industry experience is strongly preferred for this Lead Receptionist role.
