• Collaborate seamlessly with hotel departments to ensure a flawless and personalized guest journey from arrival to departure.

• Manage guest arrivals departures and lounge access in accordance with hotel procedures.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel hospitality guest service or front office role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional presentation and a warm welcoming personality.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (Opera experience preferred).
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
