Receptionist 1300SMILES Smithfield

• Welcome patients and create a warm professional first impression.
• Manage phone calls emails and patient enquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Assist with general administrative and reception duties.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental practice.
• Experience using dental practice management software (Dental4Windows Exact or similar).
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• A positive reliable and team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work casual shifts as required.

Availability Requirement:

• Available to be rostered between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
• Able to work occasional Saturdays as part of a rotating roster.
