Reception Coordinator

To be the welcoming face and a vital administrative hub for the e&s Support Centre and provide essential administrative support to all teams and visitors specifically the training team coordination.

• Greeting and welcoming all internal and external visitors to the e&s Noble Park office
• Managing all main phone line calls
• Manage all reception and training email mailboxes
• Maintain Noble Park office facilities support including but not limited to meeting rooms kitchens office supplies and staff amenity supplies
• Distribution of deliveries and mail
• Direct point of contact with property services providers
• Provide administrative support to the Training team and any other reasonable required teams
• Support and coordinate internal and external new starter training and supplier events including not but limited to catering invites venue bookings and venue set ups.
• Formulate and coordinate new starters welcome packs set ups and induction schedules with relevant hiring manager
• Collaborate with the training team on any other administration or coordination tasks on a regular and as needed basis

Qualifications :

• Experience within a similar receptionist and administration position is preferable
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders internal and external
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google workspace
