Were looking for a Reception / Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast clinic.

As the first point of contact youll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health clinic.

Youll work closely with our clinicians and admin team to keep things running smoothly.

Reception & Client Experience

• Welcome clients and visitors in a warm professional manner
• Manage incoming calls emails and enquiries
• Book and coordinate appointments across clinicians
• Maintain a calm organised and welcoming clinic environment

Administration

• Manage clinician diaries and scheduling
• Process payments invoices and billing enquiries (NDIS Medicare private)
• Support referral intake and direct enquiries appropriately
• Assist with client communications and documentation
• Maintain accurate records in systems such as Splose
• General admin including data entry inbox management and stock

• Minimum 2 years of previous reception administration or customer service experience required
• Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems
• Healthcare allied health or NDIS experience highly regarded
